By accessing or using the FFG Dash website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Description
FFG Dash, operated by FFG EXPRESS LLC, provides express courier and delivery services. All services are subject to a service agreement or bill of lading governing each shipment.
Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Final pricing may be adjusted for actual weight, dimensions, distance, or special handling requirements.
- Fuel surcharges and accessorial fees may apply as specified in the quote.
Shipment Requirements
- Customers are responsible for properly packaging items to withstand normal transit handling.
- Hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials are not accepted without prior written agreement.
- Accurate declaration of contents, weight, and value is the responsibility of the customer.
Liability and Claims
- FFG EXPRESS LLC maintains cargo liability insurance as required by applicable regulations.
- Claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
- Liability is limited as specified in the bill of lading or service agreement.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless credit terms have been established.
- Credit accounts are available for qualified business customers with approved credit.
- Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, firearms, explosives, perishable food items requiring temperature control, live animals, illegal substances, or items prohibited by federal, state, or local law without prior written agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mahoning County, Ohio.
